The next Milton Keynes, beginner’s yoga course, starts on Monday 9th January 2012.
This eight week beginner’s course is based at The Well in Willen and runs between 6pm-7pm. This course is designed as an eight week package, it is ‘not’ a regular style Anusara Influenced class, instead it is the perfect beginner’s introduction to Anusara yoga. Specifically, we will look at classical postures in the level one syllabus of Anusara yoga, attention will be paid to basic breathing techniques and three out of the five Universal Principles of Alignment will be taught:Open to Grace, Muscular Energy and Organic Energy. Instruction in meditation and relaxation techniques will also be given.

This course creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can then enjoy any of my other drop-in classes.
