I’m curious … what does yoga mean to you? Why do you practice?
* Is it because you view it as ‘keep-fit’ exercise that will whip you in to shape?
* Is it a way to getting back to your breath and body?
* Is it about mindfulness and spirituality?
* Is it a way to get flexible and experiencing your body like you used to?
* Is it an excuse to get away from it all as a way to escape for a while?
* Is it because yoga is all the rage and your friend suggested you do it together?
* Is it a way of cleansing the body and mind?
*What is it that makes you say yes to yoga?
