In private sessions, I emphasize safety through alignment and encourage a deeply mindful yet playful approach to your yoga practice. Through clear, concise and skillful instruction you will learn how to apply these principles of yoga into the motor-memory of your own body. I will give you creative and powerful adjustments bringing your body back into optimal alignment and health. Through my enthusiasm, dedication, sensitivity and compassion, coupled with my teaching-style in private sessions, being concise, accessable and empowering, you will very quickly experience notable changes within your body, mind and heart. Private classes are also a perfect opportunity to discover yoga in your own time and at your own pace. If you have never practiced yoga before and participating in a group class doesn’t appeal to you, one-to-one sessions allow you to get all the personal attention you require.
